  • Guests are responsible for the full number of nights reserved, to be paid in advance at check-in.
  • There is no refund for early departures.
  • Deposits: Season $250, Mid Season (week) $200, Off Season (week) $150, All Others $100.
  • Deposits are NON-refundable.
  • Telephone reservations will be held for 5 days pending receipt of  the deposit.
  • Deposits will not be refunded; however, with at least 3 weeks' notice of cancellation, the deposit may be credited to the next visit of equal duration.
  • Covered boat dock slips (with electric) are $10/day or $60/wk.
  • Wave runner slips are $6 per day or $40 per week.
  • There is a $10 charge per person per day for guests over the above designated number of people.
  • Small pets allowed with PRIOR approval. Pet fee is $10 per pet per day.
  • Bed Linens furnished. PLEASE BRING YOUR TOWELS and SOAPS.
  • Check in time: After 3:00 pm; Check out time: By 10:00 am
