  • Season Deposit is $200. Mid & Off Season is $100. Deposits are NON-refundable.
  • Covered boat dock slips (with electric) are $10/day or $60/wk. Uncovered space for wave runners is $5/day or $30/wk.
  • There is a $10 charge per person per day for guests over the above designated number of people.
  • Small pets allowed with PRIOR approval. Pet fee does apply.
  • Bed Linens furnished. PLEASE BRING YOUR TOWELS and SOAPS.
  • Check in time: After 3:00 pm; Check out time: By 10:00 am
